The mobile phone company based in Finland, Nokia, launched three new mobile phones last April 13, the Nokia C6, C3 and E5. According to their Head of Markets, Anssi Vanjoki, these phones were designed to give their customers better experience when it comes to messaging and networking. What sets these phones apart from other mobile phones is that all will be launched at more affordable prices with great Nokia C6 deals and Nokia E5 deals to choose from the latest phone contracts. Let’s take a look at the features of these three new mobile phones.

C6

This phone has a rectangular shape with dimensions of 113 x 53 x 16.8 mm. It weighs 150 grams. This mobile phone has a 3.2” TFT touch screen with resolution of 360 x 640 pixels. It comes with slide-out QWERTY keyboard. The screen has proximity sensor that automatically turns off the touch sensitivity. It also has accelerometer sensor that auto-rotates images to portrait or landscape.

The internal memory of the phone is only 200 MB. It, however, has a slot for microSD cards that can reach up to 16 GB. This phone runs the Symbian OS v9.4 on a 434 MHz ARM 11 processor.

The phone comes with GPRS and EDGE, as well as, 3G HSDPA/HSUPA and WLAN WiFi. It also comes with Bluetooth and microUSB. What the phone really brags about is the Ovi Maps application. This application provides users with free drive and walk navigation.

This smartphone also comes with a 5-megapixel camera. It has features such as autofocus and flash.

C3

The C3 is a social messaging phone with dimensions of 115.5 x 58.1 x 13.6 mm. It’s relatively light with weight of 114 grams. It comes with a 2.4” TFT screen with resolution of 320 x 240 pixels, and can display 256K colors. It also comes with a full QWERTY keyboard.

The phone’s internal memory is only 55 MB. It has a card slot for microSD with memory as large as 16 GB.

The C3 also has GPRS, EDGE, 3G HSDPA/HSUPA and WLAN WiFi. This phone allows users to connect to other gadgets and devices through Bluetooth and microUSB. The phone also allows users to view updates on their favorite social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter and Bebo.

E5

Unlike the two previous phones, the E5 is labelled as the business messaging phone. It’s intended for people who want to use a single phone for both their personal and business life. This mobile phone is the thinnest among the three with dimensions of 115 x 58.9 x 12.8 mm. It comes with a 2.4” QVGA LCD with resolution of 320 x 240 pixels. It can display 256K colors. Below the screen of the phone is a QWERTY keyboard.

The internal memory of the phone is 250 MB. It comes with a slot intended for microSD cards that can go as high as 32 GB.

The phone runs the Symbian OS v9.3. This phone also comes with GPRS, EDGE, 3G HSDPA/HSUPA and WLAN WiFi, and Bluetooth and microUSB. Like the Nokia C6, the E5 has pre-installed Ovi Maps that gives users free driving and walking navigations.

Android phones are not just elements that have a free access to full GPS. Nokia said Thursday that the premium version of Ovi Maps, which includes turn by turn directions and traffic alerts, several of its products for free.
